Find Your Voice, An exploration in Perspective

6 Monday Classes: 1-2:30pm EST on Zoom

November 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11, 18

Community Write: Tuesday and Fridays, 10-11am (optional)

Who tells a story–the narrative voice, how they see things–governs everything about story, just like how the voices in your head shape how you see the world in any given moment. This class will use the exploration of perspective to learn/ hone key elements of writing craft. Our stories reflect us. Exploring new ways of seeing a story can often open opportunities for healing and transformation in the writer. Tanya creates a unique and supportive container for writers to explore both aspects–writing craft and personal evolution.

A writer and a yogini, Tanya Robie teaches writing as a spiritual practice--not just writing craft but how to prepare the mind, body, and heart to co-create with Creativity. With 15 years of professional experience at the page and on the mat, Tanya offers a unique approach that invites your creative vision to root and soar.

Each 90-minute class will include breathwork, meditation, lecture, discussion and writing exercises.

Additionally (optional) every Tuesday and Friday, 10-11am, Tanya holds space for participants to write quietly, together. These power hours open with a very brief meditation/ connection followed by muting all and writing on our own. They are not required to participate.
