A Kripalu certified Yoga Instructor, Tanya teaches All Levels, Yin/ Yang, Yin and Yoga Infused classes (that’s yoga with Young Living essential oils layered into the poses and breath work—yum!) Her classes help to enliven, strengthen, and stretch the body, mind, and spirit. Tanya says, “Yoga is the seed that blossoms my life into a lighter way of being. Over the years as my yoga practice grows, so too do elements of joy, confidence, freedom, and love in my life.” Full of Spirit, Tanya’s classes are rich in imagery, guided meditation, breath work and often offer teaching to support enhancing one’s relationship with Self.

Mondays: 8:30-9:30 (yin/ yang yoga)

Class evolves from stillness, self-connection, meditation, and breathwork within a few Yin poses, into an all levels flow class. Suitable for all levels

Wednesdays: 10-11am (all levels flow)

Rooted in breath, this class offers sequences that will awaken, stretch, strengthen and refresh the body, mind and spirit.

Wednesdays: 4:30-5:30 (Yin Yoga Infused with YL’s essential oils)

Yin Yoga is a muscularly passive practice that targets the connective tissues and bones through longer holds of supported postures. This opens time for breath work, silent contemplation, meditation, and in this class, time to experience and learn about the benefits of essential oils in their purest form. Young Living essential oils are the “prana”, the life-force, the energy of plants; a delicious experience of the senses.

After completing her first 200hr Teacher Training at Kripalu Center, Tanya spent a decade returning there and immersing in study and practice for weeks and months at a time, training and assisting in the 1,000hr Yoga Teacher Training program. Working closely with her teachers and living the teachings in these immersion experiences was transformative. Kripalu’s inquiry into optimal living–honed Tanya’s strength in guiding students into a greater sense of connection to, and appreciation for, the preciousness of the human experience.
